Complaints

If you have a complaint, please put your complaint in writing and email to Paul on following email address

Complaints Process

In the event of a complaint it will be investigated and discuss with people involved.

Once matter is resolved an outcome letter will be sent within 14 days. 


As a NDIS participant you can also make a complaint with the NDIS Quality and Safe Guards Commision on 1800 035 544.
