CVRS adheres to current legislative laws and policies and procedures of the Privacy Act 1988.
CVRS is bound by confidentiality and stores information and client details in accordance with this Act.
CVRS also adheres to NDIS code of conduct and all of its standards. All staff will act with respect, integrity, and with the best interests of participants.
Governance & Quality Policy
Purpose:
To ensure high-quality, safe, and participant-centred services in line with the NDIS Practice Standards.
Policy Statement:
Central Vic Recovery Services structures.
- Regularly reviewing and improving service quality.
- Promoting participant choice, control, and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Directors / Management: Oversight of compliance and risk management.
- Support Coordinators: Day-to-day delivery aligned with policies.
- All Staff & Contractors: Adherence to NDIS Code of Conduct.
